Ricky Maynard

Ricky Maynard, founder of Liberty Septic & Excavating, has been installing septic systems in Central Texas and the Hill Country since he was a teenager.

This isn’t something he picked up later in life — it’s something he’s been doing for decades, learning firsthand what works, what doesn’t, and how to do the job right in some of the toughest soil conditions in Texas.

In 2007, Ricky decided to start his own company with a simple goal:

Do honest work, treat people right, and build a business customers can trust.

That mindset still drives everything we do today.
